There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Hermiston. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom. The staff were superbly friendly and provided great service.

During my recent stay at Best Western Hermiston Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary water provided in the rooms. It was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated, especially considering the hotel water tasted like chlorine. The swing shift staff members were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, my overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

On the outskirts of town, in a quiet area perfect for sleep while on a road trip, this hotel offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and comfortable rooms which have a modern decor. The friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to make you feel special and welcome. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options including bacon, sausage, and eggs.

During our road trip, we stayed in a quiet area, on the outskirts of a small town in eastern Oregon. We had a peaceful night’s sleep with no disturbance from the highway or the adjacent rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped with a Keurig machine, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of power plugs. The complimentary breakfast was scrumptious and satisfying with several options for scrambled eggs.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, sound insulation could have been better.
